Metro Village 3175

The $250m Metro Village residential development project, located on the former saleyards site, will see 1,000 new homes built. These will range from traditional detached housing to apartments and will accommodate 2,500 to 3,000 people.

Metro Village is a completely integrated development. There will be a diverse range of architect-designed homes available, sharing common design themes and a contemporary look. Reflecting the style of the homes, open spaces will be landscaped with a modern look. The homes will compliment the parks and vice versa to create an environment not seen before in inner Dandenong.

It's not only the State Government and its partners who are backing the Metro Village development; some of Melbourne's biggest builders have put their weight behind the biggest residential development to occur in Dandenong in over 30 years.
